Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Pyrex glassware; if you are not, we offer a 90-day return window for items in their original condition. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been damaged through improper thermal use.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully wrap your Pyrex items in their original packaging or equivalent protective bubble wrap to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned glassware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
