Is Pyrex glassware oven-safe?
Yes, Pyrex glassware is designed for use in preheated conventional and convection ovens. However, it should not be used on the stovetop, under a broiler, or in a toaster oven.
Can I move my Pyrex directly from the freezer to the oven?
To prevent thermal shock and potential breakage, you should avoid extreme temperature changes. Allow frozen dishes to thaw completely before placing them in a preheated oven.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund immediately.
Are the plastic lids BPA-free and microwave-safe?
Yes, all Pyrex plastic lids are BPA-free. They are safe for use in the microwave for reheating, but we recommend placing them loosely on top to allow steam to escape.
How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
How should I clean stubborn burnt-on food?
We recommend soaking the dish in warm, soapy water and using a non-abrasive plastic or nylon cleaning pad. Avoid using metal scouring pads or harsh cleansers that can scratch the glass.
